Obituary for Mr. William J. “Fuzz Harrington William J. “Fuzz” Harrington, age 63 a resident of Northville died Thursday December 6, 2018 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. He was born in Gloversville, NY on March 24, 1955. The son of Walter and Helen Stuart Harrington.

He was a graduate of Northville Central School. He was a self-employed logger for many years and also worked as a handy man in and around Northville. He was a real wheeler and dealer.

He holds the record for scoring 50 points in one basketball game at Northville High School and enjoyed playing bingo with his dear friend Homer. He is a member of the Northville Central School Hall of fame. He enjoyed sporting events, loved hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his mother; Helen Harrington of Northville. Three brothers; James (Candee) Harrington of Northville, Dennis (Cheryl) Harrington of Mayfield and Michael (Patty) Harrington of South Glens Falls. Companion and special friend; Rosie Shields of Northville.

Several nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his father; Walter Harrington, sisters; Linda Harrington Quick and Carol Harrington and good friend Homer Edwards. A visitation will be held on Wednesday December 12, 2018 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Northville Funeral Home where a short service will be held at 6 p.m. Burial will be held in the spring in Wadsworth Cemetery, Hope.
