William James Hanna, 96 passed away October 10, 2018. William was born July 20, 1922 to the late Edward Price and Evelyn Lewis Houchins Hanna in Lebanon, KY. He served his country in the United States Army and was employed by the Lexington Herald Leader as a journalist prior to retiring.

William is survived by his sons Bob, Tom and Jim Hanna; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. No services are planned at this time.
