OBITUARY William Keith Brightwell July 18, 1953 – December 10, 2018 William Keith Brightwell, 65, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away December 10, 2018 at his home. He is survived by his parents, Irvin and Peggy Brightwell; two sisters, Judy Robinson (Jeff) and Teresa Brightwell; and many friends. Billy was a 1971 graduate of Manchester High School.

His interests included Corvette’s, motorcycles, and the Redskins. He volunteered at the food pantry at Ramsey Memorial Methodist Church. A special thanks to Lynn with Capital Caring Hospice and Shelby who cared and comforted Billy in his last days.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 13 at 2 PM at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road, where the family will receive friends 1 hour prior. Interment will be private.
