William was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a cowboy and loved horses. Survivors include his sons, Marty Rawlins of Titusville, FL and Robert Rawlins of Iowa; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Rawlins; sisters, Willeeta DeLoach and Joyce Teague. He was preceded in death by his brother, Brian Rawlins.
