OBITUARY William O’Bryant May 14, 1931 – October 21, 2018 William F. “Bill” O’Bryant, 87, passed away October 21, 2018 at home with his family. He was born on May 14, 1931 in Centralia, Illinois to Fred and Clara (Hays) O’Bryant. He graduated from SMU in 1955 and was retired from the City of Dallas Water Department where he worked as a civil engineer for 36 years.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Bob O’Bryant and his sister, Rita Schifferdecker. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Irene Stone O’Bryant; son, Gary O’Bryant; daughter, Kristie Adams and husband, Donnie; grandchildren, Kristen Van’t Westeinde and husband, Anthony, Nicole O’Bryant, Gavin Adams, Kaleigh Adams, as well as his friends, his coffee group (Walkers & Talkers) and his church family. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Tuesday, October 23 at Grove Hill Funeral Home.

Services will be held at Lake Pointe Church- White Rock at 1pm on Wednesday, October 24. In Lieu of Flowers, please consider donating to Cancer Research.
