Celebration of life memorial services for William will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019, at 11:00 AM at the Shenandoah First Christian Church with Pastor Nancy Thomas officiating. Memorials in William’s name are being directed to the Shenandoah First Christian Church.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary J. Sparks; his mother, Mary; three siblings, Cindy, Pete and Jenny; other relatives and many friends.
