William’s Obituary William Ronald Lycans, age 86, passed away on February 19, 2019 in Cumming, GA. He was born in Holden, Logan County, West Virginia on July 14, 1932. William “Bill” was a Korean War Veteran having served in the A Btry 59th AAA AW Battalion.

Following the war, he earned his degree in Accounting from MTSU and worked as a CPA until he retired. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Janice White Lycans, sister Patty Staley of Gallipolis, OH, daughter Leslie Ann (John) Beatenbough of Cumming, GA, son William Stroud (Madelon) Lycans of Hendersonville, TN. Also grandchildren Hallie Lycans, Kenner Lycans, Sam Gumina and Lydia Gumina A private family burial will be held at Georgia National Cemetery at a later date.
