William S. Day March 31, 1966 – March 29, 2019 William S. “Bill” Day, 52, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at 11:19 am in Franciscan Health – Michigan City. Private family services were conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.

He was born March 31, 1966 in Michigan City, IN. Surviving are two daughters, Cassandra (Dionne Heuck) Day of Michigan City, IN and Autumn (Jevon) Day-Stringer of Goldsboro, NC; son, Kyle (Christopher) Day of Merrillville, IN; four grandchildren, Cayden, Violet, Chancellor and Cian; his father, Leland Day of LaPorte, IN; his mother, Betty Day of Michigan City, IN; two sisters, Patricia Coyle of Illinois and Debra (Patrick) Gardner of LaPorte, IN; and his brother, Chris (Sandy) Day of Indianapolis, IN. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Day.

Bill was a carpenter and enjoyed working and being with his family. Contributions may be made to the family of William Day in care of Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN.
