Our Dad, William “Bill” Savage passed away peacefully on February 11, 2019 at the Raritan Bay Medical in Old Bridge, NJ. Bill was born to William and Hazel Savage on February 11th, 1931 in the Bronx, New York. Bill moved his growing family to Old Bridge in 1960 where he lived out the remainder of his life.

Bill worked as a System’s Analyst for Empire Blue Cross, retiring in 1990. Bill’s main pursuit in life was that of a devoted husband, father and granddad. Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of thirty nine years, Lenora “Lola” (née Bray), sister, Helen Cohee and grandson Billy.

Bill is survived by his two daughters, Kathryn Acquafredda of Morganville, NJ and Patricia Savage of Point Pleasant NJ. Three sons and their spouses, William and Blanche of Roanoke, VA, Steven and Suzanne of Ocean NJ, Christopher and Lisa of Lumberton NJ. His five grandchildren, Jennifer, Sean, Scott, Tara and Christopher, two great grandchildren, Eleanor and Liam.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 15, 2019, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 9:00 am – 10:15 am at the Old Bridge Funeral Home, 2350 Rt. 516, Old Bridge, NJ. 08857 A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 16, 2019, 10:30 am, at Saint Ambrose Church, Throckmorton Lane, Old Bridge, NJ.

Entombment will follow in the Holy Cross Burial Park and Mausoleum, Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ. Online condolences can be given at www. oldbridgefh.com.
