William (Willie) Arnold, age 73, of Hillsdale, MI, passed away, December 3, 2018, at his home. He was born October 8, 1945, the son of George W. Arnold and Elizabeth (Curry) Arnold. On July 4, 1967, he married Susan J. Rogers, who survives.

In addition, he is survived by son Patrick (Clare) Arnold of North Attleboro, MA; granddaughters, Brenna and Lillian Arnold; brothers, Mike (Peggy) Arnold of Lakeland, FL, and Patrick (Mona) Arnold of Huntington, WV; sisters, Amy Arnold of Lakeland, FL, and Nancy Arnold of Israel; goddaughter, Megan Keeney; and he was well loved by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Arnold and Elizabeth (Betty). Willie attended Latrobe (PA) High School and The Ohio State University.

He proudly served in the US Army, and was a retired bus driver for Hillsdale Community Schools. He also was the Past Commander of American Legion Post 53, served on the Hillsdale City Council, and played drums in the Shamrock Club and Capitol City Pipe and Drum Corp. Cremation has taken place with services to be held at a later date.
