Obituary of William England William “Bill” Frederick England, Jr. William Frederick England, Jr., age 71, died on Tuesday, July 17, 2017 at his home in Grimesland, NC. He was born in Summit, NJ and lived in Warren before moving to North Carolina 10 years ago. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Frederick was letter carrier for the US Postal Service.

Along with his son, he owned and operated England Towing. Mr. Frederick enjoyed buying and selling antique cars. He loved being around his dogs and spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia England; his son, Billy England and his wife, Amber; his daughter, Nicole England and his granddaughter, Eleanor England. A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 21st from 9 am to 12 noon at Higgins Home foe Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. , Watchung.

A committal service will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Basking Ridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pitt County Animal Shelter, 4550 County Home Road, Greenville, NC 27858.
