Willie’s Obituary Willie Cunningham was born on April 25, 1933. She passed away from this life on December 27, 2018 at the age of 85. Willie “Granny” (Rollins) Cunningham passed away from this life at the age of 85, on December 27, 2018, in Norman, Oklahoma.

Willie was born in Wallville, Oklahoma, on April 25, 1933, to Richard Tillman Rollins and Elizabeth Dee (Collins) Rollins. Willie lived in Lindsay all of her life. Willie married Earl Dee Cunningham at the courthouse in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, on August 2, 1951.

To this union was born two sons, Butch and Richard. Willie and Earl celebrated almost 60 years of marriage before Earl’s death on July 9, 2011. Willie was a dedicated mother.

After raising her family, her favorite activities were gardening, dancing, playing Yahzee, going to casinos and playing the pennies slots. Willie loved passing the time watching the cows out in the family pasture. She got pure delight observing the baby calves playing in the fields.

Willie is survived by her sons: Butch Cunningham and wife Trish of Lindsay, Oklahoma, and Richard Dale Cunningham of Stratford, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Jason Cunningham and wife Sue Ann, of Lindsay, Oklahoma, LaShay Butler and husband James, of Maysville, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren: Kayden Cunningham, Tommy Cunningham, Addison, RheaLynn Foster, Colton Butler, Hayden Butler, and Jaxon. Willie was preceded in death by her husband Earl, her parents, her brothers: Hack Rollins, Joe Rollins, Roy Dale Rollins, Troy Gayl Rollins, and little Ricky Rollins; her sisters: Emma Bray, Beatrice Ferederick, and Martha Nell Rollins. A Funeral Service to honor the life of Willie is set to began Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boydston-Wilbourn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.

Bill Davenport officiating. Following the service she will be laid to her final rest at the Purdy Cemetery in Purdy, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Scott and Angel Wilbourn of Boydston-Wilbourn Funeral Home.
