Stormer Jr., was born July 5, 1959, in Elaine Arkansas to the late Willie D. Stormer Sr. and Barbara J. Stormer. Willie was the first of seven children born to this union. Willie confessed to Christ at an early age.

Willie attended Frank L. Gillespie and Harlan high school. He worked in McCormick Indiana. Willie made his transition Monday night, November 19, 2018.

Willie was preceded in death by his father, Willie D. Stormer Sr. brothers, Terry, Stanley and William Stormer. Willie leaves to cherish his loving memory his mother, Barbara J. Stormer, sons, Torray McClain, Dayton, Joseph, Rubin Stormer and Marshon Green; sisters; Sandra (Nicholas) Ebhojie, Zenia (James) Wilson, Gwen (Darryl) Wuilson and Andrea (Andrae) Whitehead: brother, Larry Stormer; half-sister, Gail Collins; aunt, Genora Genous; nieces; Janae Wilson, Michelle Wilson, Briana Burton and Shoniya Whitehead; ggreat nieces, Kierya and Xena; special friends, Linda Davis and Robert (Grandpa) Jefferson; an abundance of other cousins, other relatives, friends and everyone else tthat had the pleasure to have known him.
