Winifred (Winnie) Elizabeth Phillips was born on June 14, 1932 to Fred and Grace Bangerter in Fowler, Colorado departed this earthly life February 19, 2019 in Tooele, Utah. She married Jack R. Phillips March 29, 1957 in Artesia, New Mexico. Winnie was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother, and husband of 54 years.

She is survived by 2 children: Pamela Sturtevant (William) of Tooele, Utah; Jack R. Phillips Jr., Olney Springs; 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, Brother-in-law Dwight (Sheila) Phillips, Artesia, New Mexico; and her “twin” cousin Lorene Fins tad Rhome, Texas. Funeral arrangements by Tate Mortuary Tooele, Utah. Services at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 1141 Fortino Blvd.

Pueblo March 2nd, 10 am with viewing 9- to 10 preceding services. Burial to follow at Fowler Cemetery.
