OBITUARY Winona Ruth Webb July 28, 1916 – October 16, 2018 Winona Ruth Clifford Webb, 102, a long-time resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee , passed away October 16, 2018. She resided with her daughter in San Antonio, Texas since 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chesley W. Webb, daughter, Gwendolyn V. Irwin, parents, Ida and Angus Clifford, sisters, Lorena Clifford, Doris Mullis, brother, Edwin Clifford.

She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Howard (Maxie); Grandchildren, Roxanne Constable (Steve), Richard Howard (Teresa), Randal Howard (Hana), San Antonio, Texas; Janice Bowden (Mike), Sandra Wyatt (Ben), Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Steve Irwin (Gwen), Panama City, Florida; several great grand-children , nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral Services will be at 1:30pm Tuesday, in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eric Johnson officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 until service time at the funeral home Internment will follow in National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist East Chapel, 404 South Moore Rd. East Ridge, TN 37412.
