Rush Springs: Wynema Stewart, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in Rush Springs, at the age of 78. Cremation has taken place at the request of the family and a memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.

Wynema was born Sunday, June 16, 1940 in Cement, to Elmer Clyde and Mary “Mollie” Belle (Gholdston) Stewart. She lived in the Rush Springs area for more than 39 years and graduated from Rush Springs High School. Wynema married her loving husband Kennith Stewart in April of 1964 in the Southern Baptist Parsonage in Rush Springs.

They were married for 54 wonderful years before her passing. Wynema was a family woman that loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing cards and attending Bible studies.

Wynema was a member of the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs. Survivors include, her husband, Kennith Stewart of the home, 2 sons, Daril Stewart and wife Stephanie of Chickasha, Michael Stewart and wife Kaprina of Rush Springs, a daughter, Kristi Morgan and husband John of Rush Springs, 4 grandchildren, Aaron Morgan, Matthew Morgan, James Stewart, Casey Stewart, a brother, Larry Stewart and wife Lola of Marlow. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Wynema was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jerry Dewayne Stewart, a sister-in-law, Nelda Jean Stewart, her father-in-law, Toy Daryl Stewart, and her mother-in-law, Ruby Mae Stewart.
