It saddens us greatly to announce Yvonna M. Meyer, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center on Sunday, May 19, 2019 of natural causes. She was born on December 28, 1937 in Bremerton, WA to Orville and Inez Shock. She lived and attended schools in various cities in both Washington and Montana.

In October 1965, Yvonne married LaVern Meyer in Bozeman, MT. Together they had 4 children. They returned to Bremerton, WA to raise their family.

LaVern retired from his job with the City of Bremerton. They moved to Libby to fulfill family obligations. Yvonna was dedicated to the health, welfare and success of each child and the management of a busy household.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She also leaves behind her beloved parrots, Sunshine, Mariah and Latino. She will be greatly missed.

Lord, please bless her and keep her. Survivors include her husband LaVern; children Shawn Bishop, Deborah Bishop, William Bishop and Monica Meyer. Private family services are being held.
