Wayne Brown, age 82, of Heber Springs, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born July 13, 1936 in Steele, Missouri he was the son of the late Charles and Hester Scott Brown. Until his retirement he worked as a lab technician for the Veteran’s Administration.

Wayne attended Community Church of Heber Springs. His hobbies included watching wrestling, playing dominoes, fishing, he paid special attention to cars of all kinds and loved working on cars. He also loved auctions and estate sales, and loved working in the yard and was an outdoorsman.

He had a special love for his dogs and cats. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Rayford Grice and one sister, Sharon James. Survivors include his wife Tricia Ann Schwalm Brown whom he married October 8, 1977; one son, Allen; five daughters, Karen, Lecia, Tina, Jennifer and Dawn; one brother, David Grice; one sister, Marie Burkhead and several extended family members and many friends.

The funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Heber Springs Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 12:00 pm until service time. Interment will be in Center Chapel Cemetery.
