Abe Edward Beltran, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 in Loma Linda, California. Abe was born in Colton, California and a resident of San Bernardino for 86 years. He was a member of Colton Lions Club, Native Sons of the Golden West, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign War, Former Mayor of Colton and Civil Service Commission.

Abe is survived by his Wife, Joa; Son, Alan (Angelica); Daughters, Candy Morehouse and Theresa Osburn (Blaine); Grandchildren, Felice Hickerson, Anthony Morehouse, Alexander Morehouse, Sharon Osburn, Seth Osburn, John Osburn, Amos Osburn, Jude Osborn, Magdalena Beltran, Tyler Beltran and Zachary Beltran; Great Grandchildren, Christian Sanford, Elias Sanford, Jayden Sanford, John Osburn Jr., Elliotte Osburn, Isis Purcell and Gweneth Sutton.
