Al’s Obituary Adolph “Al” Schaffenberger Age 85 Late of Tinley Park, formerly of Midlothian. Beloved husband of the late Carol A. Schaffenberger. Loving father of Cindi (Tim) Wilson, Lynn (Michael) Tulp and Mark Scheffenberger.

Proud grandfather of Nicholas Wilson, Kayla Schaffenberger, Phillip Tulp & Amy Wilson and great-grandfather of McKenna, Madilyn & Jackson. Dear brother of Dorothy Clauson, the late John and Bob Schaffenberger. Al was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, a Purple Heart Recipiant, member of the Midlothian V.F.W. Post #2580 and a member of the Teamsters Local #710.

Funeral Service Monday 1/14/19 10:00 AM at the Hickey Memorial Chapel 4201 W. 147th St. Midlothian. Interment will be at Beverly Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 2 – 6 PM.
