OBITUARY Albert Horace Cooper September 24, 1926 – July 17, 2018 Albert H. Cooper 91, born September 24, 1926, was reunited with the love of his life, his late wife, Naomi Cooper, July 17th, 2018. Albert was a life long resident of Wichita Falls. He served as a TEC 5 in the United States Army during World War II.

Once out of the service, he met and married Naomi in 1946. He began working in the oil field, but then found his passion was working on diesel trucks, for Fina and Hodges Trucking, until he retired in 1992. After retirement Albert spent his days at the local flea market, garage sales, and estate sales.

But on any given Saturday you could find him at the Holliday St. Flea Market where he maintained a booth. He was a collector or all things, but loved the “HUNT”. Albert was proceeded in death by is wife, Naomi, 4 brothers, and a great granddaughter, Brooklynn.

He was survived by 5 children, Joyce Stewart and husband Duke of Mankind, TX, Charles Cooper and wife Barbara of Garland, James Cooper of Wichita Falls, Martha Martin and husband Jack, of Wichita Falls, and Ernest Cooper of Wichita Falls. Albert had 6 grand children, Robert Stewart, and wife Barbara of Denver, CO, Brenda Stewart and Mark Venzor of Wichita Falls, Jack Martin III wife Cari of Little Elm, TX, Brandie (White) Tallon of Dallas, TX, Jessica Walker and husband Marty of Spicewood, TX, Misty Conway and husband Neiko of Wichita Falls, Cara Taylor and husband Josh of Heartland, TX. along with 15 great grandchildren.

Viewing for family and friends will be Sunday, July 22, 2018 6-8 p.m at Hampton Vaughan. Services will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 10 a.m, at the Hampton Vaughan Chapel, followed by graveside at Crestview Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made at hamptonvaughancrestview.com.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Solaris Hospice of Wichita Falls.
