Mrs. Alberta Lee Kuhnel, 72, of Round O, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at her residence. Born August 30, 1946 in Michigan City, Indiana and was the daughter of the late William Roscoe Long and Sadie Mae Harvey Long. She was a retired Medical Disability Coordinator for the Head Start Program in Lake Ridge, Indiana.

Surviving are: her husband, Christian Kuhnel of Round O; daughters, Kathleen Ann Slagle and Patricia D. Kelley, both of Round O; grandchildren, Marilee Just-Ta, Aspen Vernamonti, Adam Slagle, and Robin Slagle, Jr.; and a sister, Alice Lucille Ruminski of Niles, Michigan.
