Obituary for Alexander “Alex” N. Armstrong Alexander “Alex” Armstrong, 96, of Fort Worth, passed away June 10, 2018. Alex is preceded in death by his parents, Getwood and Elizabeth Armstrong, his siblings, six sisters and four brothers. He was born in Pendleton, Texas on May 1, 1922.

He was married to Barbara Armstrong. Alex was self-employed, and had his own construction company called, Alex Armstrong Cement Work. He was a member of the Masons.

Alex had a passion for outdoors, football, and was an avid New England Patriots fan. Alex is survived by his children, Grace Armstrong, Wanda Williams, Elizabeth Armstrong, Pamela Inocente, Daryl Armstrong, James Christian and Charles Christian; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
