OBITUARY Alfred G Barry Jr. March 12, 1920 – January 6, 2019 Loving Husband to Dorothea Anne McKeon. Beloved Father to John and Grandpa to Alexander, Christopher and Katrina. Al lived most of his life on Long Island.

Born in Freeport, he later settled down in Seaford as a newlywed. He moved in with his son’s family in Dix Hills, New York during his 80s. Al served in the army during World War II and had a long career at Grumman Aerospace in Bethpage, New York as a prototype tool craftsman.

His passions in life included driving across the country, fly fishing and rooting for the Islanders. Please join the Barry Family on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, 7:00pm at their home to continue remembrances and celebrating Alfred’s life.
