Alicia E. Portale January 19, 1933 – September 21, 2018 Alicia E. Portale passed peacefully with her loving family at her side. She was preceded in passing by her niece Shirley Martin. She is survived by Shirley’s family, as well as Sister-in-law Jeanette Acosta and family, Nieces Irene Acosta and family and Susan Black and family, Nephews Bobby Catalano and family, Mike Kouba and family and many great-nieces and nephews and many great-great-nieces and nephews She graduated from San Francisco State University, earning her Bachelor of Arts.

She went on to attain a Master of Arts and her Teacher Credential. Her memory is forever enshrined at St. Paul’s High School in San Francisco, where she will be remembered as a beloved teacher who devoted 36 years of her life to her students. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 pm on Fri.

, Sept. 28th Garden Chapel, 885 El Camino Real, So. SF.
