Alicia Gonzales Zepeda September 11, 1944 – March 13, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Alicia Gonzales Zepeda, of Castroville, passed away on March 13, 2019 in San Antonio at the age of 74 years. She was born September 11, 1944 in Poteet, Texas. Alicia worked as a cook for Medina Valley ISD, retiring after thirty years.

Survivors include her children, John A. “Juan” Rivera (Florinda), Erma Rivera and Fernando Rivera; grandchildren, Jennifer Olson, John Anthony Rivera, Jr., Anastasia Rivera, Nicholas Ray Rivera; great grandson, Nathan Olson; siblings, Josie (Sylvester) Loscano, Rosemary (Randy) Martin, Hermelinda (Steve) Moon, Hortencia (Abel) Coronado, Edward Gonzales, Jr., Gilbert (Tonya) Gonzales, Mario Gonzales, Freddie Gonzales, James (Rosemary) Gonzales, Ricky (Aimee) Gonzales, Desi (Yvette) Gonzales, Charlie Gonzales, John (Misty) Gonzales and Felix Gonzales as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Alicia was preceded in death by her parents, Edward P. Gonzales, Sr. and Corina Gonzales; husband, Candelario “Candy” Zepeda; son, Enrique Rivera; sister, Anna Lisa Martinez. Visitation will be Monday, March 18, 2019 starting at 5:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, with the Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Alicia’s memory to the charity of your choice. Arrangements by Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home.
