Mr. Charles Allen Fennell, 53, of Hampton, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at his residence. Born April 27, 1965 in Allendale County, he was a son of Charles William Fennell and Roselee Crosby Fennell. He loved hunting, fishing and playing his guitar, and loved animals.

Surviving are: his parents, Charles and Roselee Fennell of Hampton; wife Pamela Lee Fennell of Hampton; daughter, Heather Kinard of Hampton; step-children, Bridget Gardner of Scotia, Barry Edward of Washington, and Nealie Edwards of Nixville; brother, Dale William Fennell of Hampton; grandchildren, Tasha, Kayla, Seth and Logan; and step-grandchildren, Andrea, Zaneia, and Ricky. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Varnville. Interment will follow in Johnson-St. Paul Cemetery.
