Obituary for Allen Jones Allen Jones, 87, died September 3, 2018 in Fort Pierce, Florida. Mr. Jones was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Port St. Lucie in 2001 coming from Charles Town, West Virginia. Allen worked over 40 years in the restaurant industry and was a decorated Korean War Veteran.

He was a manager of Busch’s Chesapeake Inn for about 12 years in Annapolis, Maryland. He loved woodworking, fishing, scuba diving, reading, and watching movies. He had an appreciation for the Japanese culture.

Survivors include his sons, Forest (Joe) Butera of Port St. Lucie, FL and Richard (Kathy Orlando) Jones, Jr. of Ranson, WVA; daughters, Debby Jones and Judy (Ray) Cole both of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandchildren, Joe Butera, III, Nicole Butera, Meghan Hoffman, Amanda Brack, and Marshall Cole; great-grandchildren, Josephine Butera, Everly Butera, and Samantha Brack.
