Mr. Skinner passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, in Kilgore. Alvin was born May 18, 1941, in Junction City, Kansas, to Alvin Lee and Frances Louella Skinner.

He served in the US Army, and worked for over 50 years at Upshur Rural Electric. He enjoyed his work, family, and friends.
