OBITUARY Amelia G. Gomez February 27, 1940 – September 4, 2018 Amelia G. Gomez, 78, peacefully passed away on Monday, September 4, 2018 in Pasadena, Texas. She was born on February 27, 2018 in Houston, Texas to Salvador and Incarnacian Garcia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Salvador and Incarnacian Garcia and her siblings, Salvador Garcia, Richard Garcia, Raymond Garcia, and Esperanza Garcia.

Amelia is survived by her children, Samuel Gomez and his wife Mary Jane and Camillia Gomez and her partner Mary Revella; grandchildren, Jason Ray Gomez, Leslie Rios and her husband Will, Jacob Gomez and his wife Adelisse; great grandchildren, Ava Jane Rios, Elliott Ray Gomez and Easton Ray Rios; her siblings, Irene Connery and her husband Don, Angel Sanchez and her husband Rudy, Vicky Pimentel and her husband Albert, Lydia Young and her husband Elvis and Rita Hernandez and her husband Fred and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 9, 2018 from 4-7 PM with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Grand Chapel of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
