ANDREA “A.J.” JUSTINE LYONS, age 23, of Washington CH, passed away on February 14, 2019 at her home. She was born on June 10, 1995 in Dayton, Ohio to Kathy Lyons. She was a 2013 Miami Trace High School graduate.

She worked as a waitress at Roosters and Bob Evans. She enjoyed cheer competitions and gymnastics at Terri’s Dance Spectrum. Andrea was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Florence and Thomas “Pete” Lyons, Uncle Brian Ingles, great-uncle Charles Strawser.

Survivors include her mother Kathy Lyons and step-father, Andy Forsha, son, Carter Michael Lyons, brother Treh Lyons, grandparent Elaine Ingles, aunt Lori Strawser, uncle John Lyons, nephew, Axel Lyons as well as several cousins and a host of friends. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Summers Funeral Home. A gathering of family and friends will take place at 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
