Deborah Kay Sterling November 6, 1959–March 25, 2019 Deborah Kay Sterling 59, of Washington C.H. passed away unexpectedly on Monday March 25, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 6, 1959 to Sam and Reda (Miller) Williams. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Stephen Williams.

Deborah is survived by her husband Frank Sterling of Bainbridge, two sons Anthony (Melinda) Ooten of Nicholasville, Ky, Tim (Silvana) Ooten of Miami Fl, daughter Andrea Ooten of Miami Fl, brother Rick (Teresa) Williams of Galloway, sisters Karen (Jim)Coy of London, Teresa Williams of West Jeff, grandchildren Blake, Raegan, Taylor, Alexis, Thomas, Sydni, Austin, Tyler, Danika, Brianna and Sasha. Graveside services will be held at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling on Monday April 1, 2019 at 10:00AM.
