Obituary for Mrs. Anita Zurita Torres Anita Zurita Torres – Saturday, November 14, 1931 to Sunday, June 17, 2018. Born to Placida Navarro and Juan Zurita. Anita was one of four children; Roberto, Elisa and Juan Zunita.

She was raised in Los Angeles where she spent her younger years and later married Felipe Torres Guerrero and had 3 children; Marco, Jorge and Irene. While living in Los Angeles, Anita worked in the textile field and although she was a hard worker, she was also a loving wife, caring mother and grandmother. In her later years, she volunteered at her local church.

She lived a long life and was cared for by her daughter Irene. She is survived by her children, six grandchildren; Carlos, Marco, Omar, Jacqueline, Daniel, Mauricio and Erika; and two great-grandchildren; Leonardo and Tomas Noe.
