A Celebration of Life Service for Elizabeth “Ann” Chadwick, age 79 of Old Hickory, will be Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Brandon Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday, Nov 03, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Ann passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at her residence. She was born on May 18, 1939 in Clarksville, TN to Thurmon and Margaret Davenport Lewis.

Ann is remembered lovingly by her children, Rickey (Saran) Ray of Clarksville, Debbie Ray and Lynn Ray of Old Hickory, Christa (Joe) Ricci of Nashville, Christina (Brandon) Stewart of Apopka, Florida, nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and brother Eugene (Dell) Lewis of Nashville and several nieces and nephews. Ann is preceded in death by her parents and her twin brother Phillip Lewis. Ann was a member of the Clarksville High School Class of 1957.

She was retired from Shoney’s where she was a Dining Room Supervisor in Biloxi, Mississippi and Nashville. Family will serve as pallbearers. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Ann’s sitter and friend Teresa Turner and to the Avalon Hospice for their support in her final days.
