Obituary for Ann Lezniewicz Ann Lezniewicz, 91, died October 9, 2018 in Fort Pierce, Florida. Mrs. Lezniewicz was born in Guttenberg, New Jersey and moved to Fort Pierce in 1957 coming from West New York. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Mary Martha Guild.

She was also the financial secretary at Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading and traveling. Survivors include her sons, Alan (Carol) Lezniewicz of Henderson, NV and Peter (Audree) Lezniewicz of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Daniel Slavik of Stanhope, NJ; grandsons, Brent, Nathan, Joshua and Zachary; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander and brother, Milan Slavik. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church, 2011 S. 13th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
