Obituary for Ann R. “Nancy” Dee (Kane) Nancy Dee (nee Kane), of Warminster, PA (formerly of Basking Ridge, NJ; Lakewood, NJ and St. Augustine, FL) passed away on December 1, 2018 at the age of 92. Nancy was born in Wilkes-Barre Pa, on November 13, 1926. She was graduated from Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre, in 1944, and Misericordia College in Dallas, Pa.

She began her nursing career at Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre and eventually moved to Jersey City, NJ to serve as Director of Nursing Services at Jersey City Medical Center. After starting her family, Nancy resumed her career and provided nursing services to the Bernards Township (NJ) School System, numerous AT&T locations in NJ and NY; Allied Corporation, Morris Township, NJ; Bryan Manor convalescent home, Gladstone, NJ and Crum & Forster Insurance, Basking Ridge, NJ. In 1961, Nancy married her love Robert E. Dee.

They were married for 45 years until his passing in 2006. Nancy is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Robert, her dear brother James L. Kane of Forest Hills, NY and Princeton NJ; and her brother-in-law William Dee of Allentown, PA. She is survived by her loving children Colette Tarallo (Joseph), Robert E. Dee, Jr. (Maureen), James Dee (Courtney), William Dee (Lisa); cherished grandchildren Elizabeth, Nicholas, Shane, Connor, Erin, Whitney, Jack, Emily, Ryan, and Megan She also leaves behind sisters-in-law Barbara Dee of Timonium, MD, Patricia Prater, also of Timonium, MD, three nephews and a loving circle of extended family and devoted friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to Nancy’s Life Celebration on December 28, 2018, beginning at 11:00 at the Chapel at Ann’s Choice in Warminster, Pa.
