Anna Catherine’s Obituary Anna Catherine (Rice) Landis, 91, of Souderton, PA went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 at Souderton Mennonite Homes. She was the loving wife of Henry H. Landis for 72 years. Catherine was born in Bedminster Twp, to the late Henry G. and Annie ( Rush) Rice.

She was a member of Souderton Mennonite Church where she was a former children’s Sunday School teacher. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. Catherine and Henry hosted and befriended many international people, and they enjoyed traveling to visit friends they hosted.

In addition to her husband Henry, she is survived by: three daughters, Carole A. Stutzman of Lakewood, CO, Kathleen R. Landis and her husband Earl of Harleysville, Sally A. Bishop and her husband Craig of Harleysville, and a son, Robert R. Landis of Telford. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Hayes, Mary Kuhn and Nora Nyce and four brothers Jacob, Paul, Abram and Raymond. Also a son-in-law, Thomas R. Stutzman.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, May 10th, 2019 at Souderton Mennonite Homes, 207 W. Summit Street, Souderton, PA 18964 at 10:30 am. where a viewing will be held from 9:00 – 10:30 am. Burial will take place at Souderton Mennonite Church Cemetery.
