Anna’s Obituary Anna Earlean Bratton, 64, of Warrensburg, Missouri, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018, in Kansas City, Missouri. Anna was born on March 15, 1954, in Warrensburg, the daughter of Harvey E. Johnson and Lucy A. (Reed) Johnson. She graduated from Warrensburg High School in the class of 1972.

From 1967 to 1989, she worked at UCM Hospitality. She was also a longtime member of Jesus Saves Pentecostal Church. She loved to participate in their prayer group, read her Bible, and serve the Lord at every opportunity.

She loved her children and grandchildren dearly, and made the best orange rolls! Survivors include her daughter, Rosemary Marie Lewis of Sedalia; son, William R. Lewis II (wife, Annette Crystal Lewis) of Gallatin; grandchildren, Larissa, Desirae, and Samantha Lewis; step-grandchildren, Zachary VanCamp, Shelby McAfee, and Micheal Ward; 11 great-grandchildren; mother, Lucy A. Johnson of Warrensburg; and sister, Isabelle Dobelbower (husband, Clifford) of Warrensburg. Anna was widowed by William R. Lewis I, and Bobby Bratton.

Her father Harvey E. Johnson also preceded her in death. Funeral services will be on Friday, December 28, at 2:00 p.m., at Jesus Saves Pentecostal Church, 400 W. Culton Street, with Elder Morris Collins officiating. Interment will follow the service in Warrensburg Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Roosevelt Collins, Edward Smith, Lee Williams, Bruce Reed, Donald Collins, and Timmy Reed. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, December 27, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association and checks can be left in care of the funeral home.
