Obituary for Annelies R. Cartmill Annelies R. Cartmill, 87, of Cheyenne, died on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at the Cheyenne Healthcare Center. She was born on December 24, 1930 in Neustadt A. T. Germany. Annelies loved her husband, Charlie.

She was a beautiful seamstress and at one time did alterations for Jackie Kennedy. She loved to travel and was able to see the world with her Charlie while he served in the U.S. Air Force. Annelies enjoyed the outdoors, animals, making dolls and ceramics.
