Annette is the daughter of Mrs. Kathy Malone Yancey (Willard) and John Thomas all of Green Level. Annette was a 1994 graduate of Graham High School.

She worked in childcare taking care of children. She is survived by a daughter, Kamiah S. Brown and her twin sister, Jeanette Thomas, along with a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
