Annie Pauline Norris Joyner, age 89 of Chadbourn, peacefully went to be with her Lord on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at her home. Born on July 4, 1929 in Columbus County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Bridgers Norris and Golia Jane Coleman Ellis. To cherish her precious memories, she leaves her Husband, Charles David Joyner of the home; three children, Patsy Redish and husband, Ron of Lumberton, Charline Inman and husband, Steve of Chadbourn, Kelly Joyner Coleman of the home; siblings Gwen Barbee of Oakboro, Hazel Coleman of Chadbourn, Buddy Ellis of Lumberton, James Edward Ellis of Ashville, and Larry Dean Ellis of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Roma Honeycutt, Shane Register, Brittany Coleman and fiancé, Caleb Norris; three great-grandchildren, Cheyanne Honeycutt, Nash Honeycutt, Branden Register; four great-great grandchildren, Aria Woodcock, Lily Register, Lexi Register, Alivia Register; and a very special friend, Dianne Hewitt of Chadbourn.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 3:00 at Worthington Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Donald Conway officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00, Saturday at Worthington Funeral Home; Interment will follow in the Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery. A service of Worthington Funeral Home, Chadbourn.
