OBITUARY Anthony ton June 26, 1949 – October 17, 2018 Anthony “Tony” ton joined God on October 17, 2018 at 7:19 pm in Houston, TX, after a yearlong battle against glioblastoma brain cancer. Tony was born on June 26, 1949 in York, PA to his parents Margaret G. and John B. ton. He was a son, sibling, husband, father, athlete, football coach, entrepreneur and educator, all worthy of emulation.

His nickname “Champ” was well deserved. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Monica F. ton, his sons Anthony O. and Phillip J. ton, son-in-law Joseph Papotto and daughter-in-law Dawn ton. He is also survived by siblings Barbara Wood, Phyllis Moultry, Margo ton, Virgie Milton, Louella Morgan, William ton and Otto ton.

His grandchildren are Jillian Singleton, Reyna Papotto, Gian Papotto, Jesse Papotto and Zachary ton; and a host of other family and friends. Tony ton joins his parents, daughter Kelly Papotto, and brothers John “Sonny” ton, Santo ton and Clairvan ton in eternal paradise. Tony ton, our Champ, is deeply loved and missed.

His amazing life and ascent to Heaven will forever be cherished! Memorial services will be on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, located at 12555 South Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477 (281-240-3300). Anthony’s ashes will be kept at Paradise Cemetery South, located at 1006 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, TX 77584 (281-445-1201).
