Antonia (Tona) Baklik Preneta, age 96, a lifelong Shelton resident passed away on Sunday, July 8th. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony Preneta. She is survived by her five children, David (Joanne) Preneta, Carol (Mark) Dojny, Louise Preneta, Anthony Jr. (Denise) Preneta and Frank Preneta, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and her sisters Anne Zak and Lillian Zak.

Antonia retired from Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, CT. Friends may call at James T. Toohey & Son Funeral Home 92 Howe Ave. Shelton on Wednesday, July 11th from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Mt.

Saint Peter’s Cemetery, Derby.
