Mr. Garza was born April 28, 1944 in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico and he passed away May 4, 2019 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Rafael and Toribia Garza; his sister Sylvia Garza de Trevino.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Margarita Garza; his sons Johnny Garza and wife Maria Vasquez, David Garza and wife Lupita, Javier Garza and Sonia; his brothers Federico Garza Rebolloso, Hipolito Garza Rebolloso, Juan Andres Garza Rebolloso; his sisters Maria de Refugio Garza Rebolloso, Emilia Garza de Jimenez; along with 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends.
