OBITUARY Arthur B Hook August 28, 1934 – October 9, 2018 Arthur B. Hook Deltona, FL age 84 passed away on October 9, 2018. He is survived by his wife Linda Cummings Hook; children, Karen Irene Hook and Jeffrey Alan Hook; sister-in-laws, Judy (Robert) Dalton, Barbara (Stephen) Benyo and Marge Cummings; brother-in-laws, Ronald (Barbara Cummings, James (Susan) Cummings, Russell Cummings and Thomas (Judy) Cummings; several nieces and nephews. Arthur was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Robert Cummings.

Arthur served our country in the US Navy. He coached a variety of sports for the Special Olympics, Florida and was the Volusia County Coordinator for 3 years. Arthur was a 32-degree Mason, Potentate Tigris Shrine 2000, member of Tigris Shrine for 28 years, member of Bahia Shrine, former president on the West Volusia Shrine Club, NY-Ontario Shrine Clown Association and a member of the Royal Order of Jesters.

Along with his Shrine activities, he enjoyed chalk drawing, doing decoupage, spending time with friends and especially his time with his family. A memorial service will be held Sunday October 21, 2018 2PM at the West Volusia Shrine Club, 273 Taylor Rd. , DeLand, FL 32720.

In lieu of flowers, please give contributions in Arthur’s memory to your local Shrine Hospital. Arrangements entrusted to Deltona Memorial Funeral Home. FAMILY Arthur is survived by his wife Linda Cummings Hook; children, Karen Irene Hook and Jeffrey Alan Hook; sister-in-laws, Judy (Robert) Dalton, Barbara (Stephen) Benyo and Marge Cummings; brother-in-laws, Ronald (Barbara Cummings, James (Susan) Cummings, Russell Cummings and Thomas (Judy) Cummings; several nieces and nephews.
