Arthur J. Dillard age 77, of Lake Mary, Florida, passed away October 27, 2018. Mr. Dillard was born March 10, 1941 in Kimball, West Virginia, the son of the late Oscar and Annie (Williams) Dillard. He served his country proudly with the United States Airforce.

Prior to his retirement Arthur was a manager for AT&T. Mr. Dillard is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Gloria J. Dillard, sons Greg (Melissa) Dillard, and David (Spela) Dillard. He is also survived by his brother James (Pam) Dillard, and sister Goldie McCray; two grandchildren Derrick Dillard, and Trey Dillard.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 9:00 AM ~ 10:00 AM at Gramkow Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Gramkow Funeral Home.
