Obituary for Arthur Lindh Jr Arthur Lindh Jr, age 89, of Grants Pass, died February 25, 2018 at his home. Art was born in 1928 in Bend, Oregon. His family moved to Grants Pass in 1935 and settled in the Pickett Creek area.

From 1950 to 1955 he served in the United States Army and was a Korean War veteran. After returning from the war he worked in the timber industry. On May 20, 1955 he married Mary Jean Carver Patrick, who survives.

Art enjoyed playing his guitar and singing with his family. In addition to his wife, Mary Jean Lindh; Art is survived by four children, Minnie Reeser, Laura Hunter, Arthur Lindh, and Esther Huff; an adopted daughter, Jo Henderson; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Art was dad and grandpa to many others.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Lindh; mother, Minnie H. Cammon; brother, Elmer; and sister, Arline. A viewing will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 9, 2018 at Hull & Hull Chapel.

Interment will follow at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
