It is with great sadness that the family of Arthur Earle Welby announces his passing on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the age of 91 years. Arthur was born in Casper, WY to the late Charles and Lydia Welby and passed away in Barrington, IL surrounded by his family. Arthur will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 71 years, Giuliana and his children, Janet (David) of Belmont, MA; Allan (Sandra) of Ridgefield, CT; and Steven of Barrington, IL.

Arthur will also be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Artie, Charles, Adam, Adriana and Alexander; by his sister, Mary of Midland, MI; and his brother, Charles of Upland, CA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Arthur’s name to the Little City Countryside Schaumburg, www. littlecity.org/giving.
