He was a U.S. Army veteran. Arthur was the beloved husband of Libby Reisel, his wife of 61 years, their three children and spouses: William (Natalia), Jeffrey (Anne), and Suzanne (Mark); grandchildren: Alexander, Lea, Caitlin, Sarah; and many nieces and nephews.
