Obituary for Audrey E. Jahr Audrey E. Jahr, 90 years, of Columbia, IL, passed away on December 4, 2018 at de Greeff Hospice House, St. Louis, MO. She was born October 26, 1928, in Columbia, IL, daughter of the late Raymond and Pearl, nee Muskopf, Schroeder. She was married to Kenneth J. Jahr, who survives her.

They were married June 11, 1949, at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Columbia, IL. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Columbia, IL, and had served for many years as the church secretary, cemetery tant, as well as the church kitchen committee. She had volunteered for many years with the Columbia Gymnastic Association Ladies Auxiliary.

Also, surviving are her son, Kurt (Debra) Jahr of Columbia, IL; daughter, Saundra (Charles) Bryan of Kirkwood, IL; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, June Janson of Columbia, IL, along with other relatives and friends. Memorial Services will be held at a later date at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Columbia, IL. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to: St. Paul United Church of Christ, 127 N. St. Paul, Columbia, IL, 62236.
